Due to the personal nature of our products (perfumes and fragrance items), we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards. Therefore, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.

  • The product is missing from the order

To initiate a return request:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear images or an unboxing video as proof
  • Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging

Any request raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

  • The product is returned without original packaging
  • The fragrance is not liked (personal preference is not considered a valid reason)
  • Minor variations in packaging, color or design
  • Incorrect usage or handling of the product

As fragrances are subjective, we recommend trying our smaller sizes or tester packs before purchasing.

Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the situation.

Replacement is applicable when:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • A wrong item has been delivered

The replacement product will be shipped after verification of the issue. Delivery timelines for replacement may vary based on location.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the return request has been reviewed and approved.

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–7 business days after approval
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or store credit

Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is from our end.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted
